During the period of July- September 2015, the MPCA completed 29 enforcement cases in 20 counties. Three of the 29 cases (10 percent) were SSTS-related cases. The responsible parties were located in Lanesboro, Leroy and Tracy, Minnesota. All three were issued administrative penalty orders. Financial penalties for the three SSTS cases totaled $3,350.
